Your Art Problem
PART I
Create a controlled contour drawing of a subject of your choice. Draw one continuous line - resist the urge to lift the pencil from the paper. Pay close attention to proportion and line angle.
PART II
Recreate the contour line drawing by bending wire to match the pencil lines.
PART III
Take your art to the next level. What embellishments would enhance the theme? What message will you send through your creation? If you don't have a message, how could you develop one? What types of other material or elements would enhance the meaning or aesthetic of your work?
